Russell Howard

Russell Howard loves Jesus and loves to tell the story about Jesus to people! He grew up on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies in Paonia, Colorado. He graduated from Freed-Hardman University in 1979 with a degree in Bible. Russell preached his first sermon at the young age of 17 in his hometown. Before moving to Marion to work with the Richland Road Church of Christ in 1990, he preached for seven years in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and for four years in Lyles, Tennessee. Since 1984, he has directed the Central Ohio Men’s Leadership Retreat that draws men from all over Ohio and from surrounding states. Russell and his wife, Diane, were married in 1978, and are the proud parents of two adult children.
